Privacy policy

Introduction

This privacy policy describes how ANIGO, obrt za građevinske djelatnosti, vl. Igor Perković (hereafter: “Anigo”) collects, processes and protects your personal data when you use the website anigo.hr. Processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Croatian Act implementing the GDPR (NN 42/2018).

Data controller

The controller of your personal data is:

Anigo is at the same time controller and processor. We do not use external processors for the storage or processing of your data, apart from the web-hosting and email infrastructure provided by Hostinger.

What data we collect

1. Enquiry form data: name, contact (phone or email, your choice) and message content. Collected only when you actively submit the form.

2. Technical visit data: page viewed, language, referrer (if any), approximate country. We do not use persistent tracking cookies, third-party cookies, or build profiles of individual visitors.

3. IP address: processed solely as part of a daily hash used to recognise unique visitors. The raw IP address is not stored. The daily hash rotates every 24 hours, which makes long-term tracking impossible.

Purpose and legal basis

Enquiry-form data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: measures prior to contract at the data subject's request). Technical visit data is processed to understand site usage and improve it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest, with minimal data collection and no identification of individuals).

Retention period

Enquiry data is kept for up to 36 months after receipt, unless an ongoing business relationship requires longer retention. Technical visit data is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted automatically.

Sharing data

We do not share your data with third parties. We do not sell it, do not exchange it, do not use it for advertising. The only external provider that may come into contact with the data is our web-hosting and email provider (Hostinger), and only in the technical sense of storage on their servers within the EU.

Transfers outside the EU

Your data does not leave the European Union. All servers and email sit on EU infrastructure.

Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to:
